	<li>To secure all that is best in the education of our children, Parents/ Guardians are expected to cooperate with the School authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline, by seeing that they prepare their lesson daily and take an active and helpful interest in the activities of the School.</li>
	<li>Parents / Guardians are informed that occasional reports about conduct and application from the teachers are conveniently sent through the calendar. We earnestly recommend that parents or guardians should consider their children’s School Calendar every day and see to it that lessons and homework assigned for the next day are done. They should also keep an eye on the Leave and Absence Record.</li>
	<li>Parents are particularly expected to sign messages of Principal, Teachers, Periodic Report, Weekly Reports or any other similar documents when so requested. Failure to do this may put their children to great inconvenience and render them liable of being sent home. Repeated late coming or forgetting to bring books, may result in being debarred from joining the class.</li>
	<li>If a pupil is to be absent due to illness for more than 3 days, the Principal must be informed at once.</li>
	<li>Parents, guardians or other person are not allowed to see the student or interview their teachers during school hours without the permission of the Principal.</li>
	<li>There will be "Open Days" regularly where Parents / Guardians are free to meet the class teacher and subject teacher concerning the performance of their child. Criticisms of your child's teachers or school in their presence should be studiously avoided, because it causes them to lose respect for their teacher with a consequent failure to learn from the teacher. Should you have a legitimate complain, please see the Principal as early as possible.</li>
	<li>As your child advances in age, guide them to become resourceful and useful member of both home and country. Encourage self-help in work and study. Children should be taught to keep the house tidy, do personal work. The formation of such habits early in life inculcates the idea of dignity of work, a fundamental personal virtue for a successful career in life.</li>
	<li>Withdrawal of your ward from class, for social functions is not recommended because it retards their progress in school and minimized their respect for regular hard work.</li>
	<li>Parents / Guardians are specially requested to notify the school any changes in their address and phone number. Parents / Guardian should kindly furnish their specimen signatures in the space provided at the top of the absence record. When writing to the school authorities about your child always quote the full name and the standard and division of the child.</li>
	<li>It is very much appreciated when parents respond readily to the invitation sent to them to attend the Parent-Teacher Meetings and other school events. It is only with the co-operation of the parents that the school can promote the all-round development of students.</li>
	<li>No child suffering from an infectious or contagious disease should be sent to school.</li>
	<li>Parents are kindly requested to acquaint themselves with the rules and regulations of the school and se hat their wards abide by them.</li>
	<li>The School will not be responsible for any casualty which is beyond its controls.</li>
	<li>Presents in any form to teachers should be strictly prohibited.</li>
	<li>Parents must ensure that their child is picked up by self / bus / auto on time.</li>
